Level 2: heterogeneous SAN integration - This service level focuses on integrating your SAN into a complex, heterogeneous storage environment. It brings you all Level 1 features, plus:
- Project Management: a dedicated project manager determines your special requirements and customizes a statement of work defining the precise support you'll receive
- Environment analysis: including your current storage solution and related system configuration and operating system
