This scalable solution offers three service levels:
Level 1: backup application software - The base-level service covers backup application software such as HP Data Protector, VERITAS NetBackup, VERITAS Backup Exec, and CA BrightStore. It includes:
- Backup integration implementation planning
- Software installation and configuration
- Integration of your installed tape library in the backup software environment.
- Firmware verification

- Backup architecture design: including backup domains, data volume calculations, and backup device, drives, and media
- Application integration: smooth integration of your chosen management solution into your SAN-based infrastructure
